How does it work?
Alarm Call Received!
Your alarm monitoring company (or alarm) will tell us about an activation. This is normally via a telephone call, or via our alarm receiving app.
You can choose alternative methods of alerting us if you wish.
Our control team contact our SIA Licensed response operatives and provide them with all of the pre-obtained site details and codes. The operative collects the site keys from our secure facility and attends the site as per the bespoke escalation procedures.
Outcome & Follow up
The attendance is then dealt with inline with bespoke procedures. We only call our clients if pre-arranged, or in the event of an emergency or something which requires client decisions. This means we don't disturb you for false alarms.
All attendances are logged via an online report which is sent to any email inboxes nominated by you.

Your keys and information are managed securely. Our annual audit by the SSAIB includes checking against BS7984 - the British Standard for key holding and resonse services.
We hold SIA Approved contractor status.
